Press Release 1-15-2005
FDG Business Group Creates eMED RN, LLC.

ST. LOUIS, Missouri—Jan 15, 2005—The FDG Business Group today announced its formal
commitment to develop a company to attract and secure quality medical professionals for the
nursing shortage being experienced here in the U.S. “The new company, eMED RN will work with
city, county, state and federal professional organizations to offer an attractive work environment
for international medical professionals”, says John Freeborn, Principal Partner of the FDG
Business group, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Freeborn Development Group.

“The eMED RN partnership is comprised of numerous international organizations dedicated
towards the Cultural, Education, Business and Professional relationships around the world. We
are working with the Center for International  Relations, Sister Cities Organizations, Economic
Development Councils, Domestic and International Educational Institutions, the US State
Department, numerous foreign General Consular offices, World Trade Centers, Domestic and
International Financial Institutions, World Class Concierge Travel Services and more” says
Freeborn. “Additionally, eMED RN has a global mission towards developing medical and health
care professionals for employment worldwide”.

"More than 500,000 nurses are needed to secure the integrity of our healthcare system in
America over the next five years. Our domestic education system cannot keep up with the
demand. Our goal is to capitalize on the rich resources of our international partnerships with
prominent medical training institutions", says Ralph Eskew, Vice-Chairman. “Our affiliates have
contributed to the success of the eMED RN program by providing a solution-based opportunity to
support the quality of healthcare in America. The eMED RN network presents a solid global
humanitarian outreach to offer experience to our international medical and health care providers.
Program participants bring to their community expertise and new experiences to share with their
professional and social community”.
