FDG Business Group Develops Telecon Venture

ST. LOUIS, Missouri—March 1, 2005—The FDG Business Group today announced its formal
alliance with DBA Communications to develop and utilize state of the art teleconferencing
technology. “The result of months of research and market evaluation gave cause to begin this
new venture”, says  John Freeborn, Principal Partner of the FDG Business group, a wholly owned
subsidiary of The Freeborn Development Group.

FDG recruited Ms. Amy Puchta to serve as the President and CEO of the new company, AMI
Telecom, Inc. Ms. Puchta is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St Louis whereby she
received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Marketing and Communications. “Ms. Puchta has been
involved with small business ownership over the past ten years”, says Freeborn. “Additionally, she
is well poised to create a dynamic company via networking with a large corporate base within the
FDG client community”.
